Are you interested in protesting Donald Trump's fundraiser this Saturday?
We need people! It's this Sat from 4:30-6 in downtown Osterville. It's going to be a peaceful protest "March" because we need to walk across the bridge which leads to the gated community where it's being held.
Our goal is to be seen by guests in their cars as they proceed over the bridge. There is a no trespassing sign by the gate so we can't loiter at the gate unfortunately. I'm waiting on Intel about when the car processional begins so we can meet them head on.
We are not interested in getting arrested or blocking traffic, we merely want our voices to be heard and want to let the community know we do not support Trump's candidacy or agenda.
If interested, please respond with a brief comment on availability, special skills, and tell us your position on Trump and why YOU (yes, YOU!) feel it's important to protest this event.
I will certainly join this stalwart group of Cape Codders who will unwelcome Presidential candidate 'The Donald' Trump in Oyster Harbors. This is done in the tradition of other times in history were 'premature antifascists.' I'll be there come Hell or high water. Semper Fidelis!
